📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Aroha in every parcel
All taonga are shipped from Te Tairāwhiti, Aotearoa. Each piece is blessed with karakia, carefully packaged, and sent with care.
Shipping days are Tuesday and Friday:
– Orders placed over the weekend or on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday
– Orders placed after Monday will be shipped on Friday
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process your order.
Once dispatched, delivery via tracked courier usually takes 1–3 business days, but rural addresses may take up to 7 business days.
🌿 Every taonga is blessed with a karakia before it leaves our hands.
💸 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene and the sacred nature of our taonga, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll always do our best to make things right.

Our taonga are designed to be strong, beautiful, and enduring.
To care for your piece:
– Store it in a dry place
– Avoid harsh chemicals
– Wipe gently with a soft cloth as needed
All pieces are made from 18k gold-plated or stainless steel, and are hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and waterproof.
